AbstractAbstract
[en] A measurement system for characterization of microwave surface resistance of HTS thin films is presented. In this system, a high Q factor sapphire resonator probe with TE011+δ mode was developed to measure the surface resistance RS of a single piece of HTS thin film at 12 GHz and 77 K. The size of HTS films can be equal to about 2 in. The method has advantages of nondestructivity, single sample, high Q value, high sensitivity, convenient experiment setup, small volume, and flexibility in operation

AbstractAbstract
[en] We present exact solutions to the two-component Bose–Einstein condensates by adopting a method of separating the variables, which exhibit nontrivial topology. These solitonic solutions can form 3D skyrmion and knot in the three-dimensional system.

AbstractAbstract
[en] For the existing problems in the air sampling and monitoring system which is built in a nuclear power device's maintenance place, an improved program is put forward in the aspects of automation, intelligent level, security and humanity. In addition, the PLC technology which is widely used in the industry is applied to the air sampling and monitoring system. The critical information and parameters are obtained by using online intelligently capture system. The outputs of sampling control signal and pump protection signal are based on the sampling requirements. The system's degree of automation, security and operation is improved by this program, and this program could be used on the system built in the nuclear power device's maintenance place t. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Objective: To compare the efficiency of computed radiography energy subtraction (ES-CR) with direct digital radiography (DR) in detecting the pulmonary soft-tissue signals. Methods: The adult chest phantom including TRG was imaged by ES-CR and DR separately and was estimated by 6 radiologists with 5-value-differentiation method. ROC was used to analyze the performance of two systems. Images of DR and ES-CR of 28 patients with small lung cancer were diagnosed by 3 radiologists. Results: The area under the ROC curves was 0.727 in ES-CR and 0.827 in DR (Z=2.96, P<0.05). 28 small lung cancer patients were significantly different between two systems (χ2=5.14, P<0.05). Conclusions: The true positive proportion of DR might be higher than that of ES-CR. ES-CR is inferior to DR in detecting pulmonary soft-tissue signals. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Monoclonal antibody TGLA is a specific targeting CD20 chimeric antibody. It can kill tumor cells and inhibit tumor cells' growth effectively, which has been applied to clinical therapy of lymphoma cell B. Monoclonal antibody TGLA was labeled with 188Re, directly and got the target compound 188Re-TGLA. Moreover, this work improved the reduction conditions and labeling conditions of 188Re. The labeling yield reached as high as 93% at the optimum conditions. The vitro stability was good with the radiochemical purity of more than 85% after 24 hours in vitro. The biodistribution of the 188Re-TGLA in lymphoma bearing nude mice showed high uptake in tumor ((6.46±2.01) ID%/g, 24 h), implied that 188Re-TGLA can be used for imaging effectively. However, in order to get better imaging, antibody fragment with short half life in vivo should be used for labeling of 188Re. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The survey of radiography inspection, advantages, disadvantages and applications of main kinds of radiography inspection methods are presented. Emphasis is put upon the structure and functions of X-ray flaw detecting device for nuclear fuel rod welds, the actuating program of the device, as well as the structure of some key mechanism and the functions of them. The analysis is made upon the actuating principles. Finally, the test of long-term operation proves the device to be stable in operation, reliable in action, to possess high level of automation and high sensitivity and it can simultaneously perform on-line X-ray inspection of 25 nuclear fuel rods with a diameter less than 10 mm, and meet the requirements of large-scale production of nuclear fuel rods (5 figs.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The original strains, Saccharomyces cerevisiae CGMCC 2.1188, cultivated by malt extract were irradiated by 60Co source and the growth characteristics including the radiation resistance and the acid alkali-resistance were studied. The effects of pH value, temperature and time on the biosorption were studied. The results show that the radiation hardly influences the growth of the strain and the optimum growth pH value is 7.0. With pH value of 7.0, temperature at 30 ℃, and soaking time for 120 minutes, the cesium ions biosorption reaches the maximum. This study reveals that Saccharomyces cerevisiae can be applied to the treatment of wastewater with low concentration of cesium ions. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The mechanical performance of zirconium alloy after irradiation is usually based on axial tensile test of the small diameter thin-walled cladding, but the fracture prone to outside the length gage. Two kinds of longitudinal arc tensile specimens and test jip are designed. The cross-sectional area of arc specimen is far less than the cladding, so the probability of fracture in the range area increased. The tensile strength and yield strength of arc specimen (L0 = 25 mm) is consistent with the tube. The arc specimen could be used to the tensile test of zirconium alloy cladding in hot cell. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The high resolution neutron powder diffractometer (HRPD) at China advanced research reactor is simulated by Monte-Carlo simulation technique. The resolution curves, neutron flux density and effective neutron beam size at sample position are given. Differences in resolutions and intensity between the high resolution mode and the high intensity mode are discussed. It is shown the design is feasible

AbstractAbstract
[en] Objective: To investigate the clinical and MR features of paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis (PLE). Methods: The clinical records and MRI of 9 patients with clinically diagnosed PLE were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All lesions were located mainly in the hippocampus and parahippocampal gyrus with additional involvement of the bilateral amygdalas (4), cingulate gyrus (3), and insula (2). All lesions were hyperintense on T2-FLAIR; 7 were hypointense on T1WI and hyperintense on T2WI and DWI; 2 were T1-isointense, T2-hyperintense and isointense on DWI. There was no contrast enhancement of lesions in 6 patients who underwent contrast-enhanced MRI. Lymphocytes were mildly elevated in the cerebrospinal fluid of 5 patients and anti-HU antibodies were present in 4. Conclusion: PLE has typical clinical and MRI characteristics that can aid diagnosis in combination with antibody testing. (authors)
