AbstractAbstract
[en] The solution of the edge problem of stationary thermal conductivity with the external boundary conditions of the third order and conditions of conjugation of a fuel element (FE) with a medium, filling the fuel assembly corresponding to a leaky thermal contact is considered. The FE and fuel assemblies areas can have a nonclassical form. A method of transformation of the corresponding edge problem into the problem with homogeneous boundary conditions is given. The variation principle of the edge problem solution is formulated. The method of finite space construction approximating the space of permissible functions of the equivalent variation problem, is developed (on the basis of application of the structural method). Approximations of the components of the edge problem solution are expansions in basis functions, accurately satisfying both external and internal boundary conditions. Practical approbation of the method developed is realized in solving the concrete problem of stationary thermal conductivity. It is numerically realized in the PL-1 language

[en] The technique of constructing approximate solutions to heat conduction problems of media is presented. The calculation is based on the structures of solutions constructed with the help of left, normalized-to-the first-order equations of region boundaries and their characteristic parts. The structures of solutions contain uncertain components, and whatever their may be, the boundary conditions and the conditions of medium conjugation are fulfilled exactly. The arbitrary choice of uncertain components is used to satisfy the basic differential equation

AbstractAbstract
[en] GEANT 4 Monte-Carlo simulation toolkit is used to study the kinematic recoil method of "9"9Mo photonuclear production. Simulation for bremsstrahlung photon spectrum with maximum photon energy 30 MeV showed that for MoO_3 nanoparticle escape fraction decreases from 0.24 to 0.08 when nanoparticle size increases from 20 nm to 80 nm. For the natural molybdenum and pure "1"0"0Mo we obtained the lower values: from 0.17 to 0.05. The generation of accompanying molybdenum nuclei is significantly lower for pure "1"0"0Mo and is about 3.6 nuclei per single "9"9Mo nucleus, while natural molybdenum nanoparticle produce about 48 accompanying nuclei. Also, we have shown that for high-energy photons escape fraction of "9"9Mo decreases, while production of unwanted molybdenum isotopes is significantly higher. - Highlights: • We have simulated kinematic recoil method for "9"9Mo production in nanoparticles. • Accurate simulations of photonuclear reactions and reaction products using GEANT4 were performed. • Escape fractions for "9"9Mo and production of accompanying molybdenum isotopes were calculated.
