[en] On the basis of the program of joint multilevel analysis of total cross section and fission cross section, which has been previously developed in details and tested, a coordinated set of resonance parameters of formalism of S-matrix for Pu-239, reproducing data on energy dependence of the cross sections up to the energy 530 eV, is obtained. Calculation results according to parameters of the average cross sections in separate energy ranges and their comparison with the known evaluations are also given

AbstractAbstract
[en] In order to describe cross-sections a multi-level scheme based on S-matrix theory was used taking the Doppler effect and the resolution into account. A multi-level analysis of the total cross-section and fission cross-section of 239Pu was made by the least-squares method in the energy region up to 160 eV. The experimental cross-section data used have a good resolution. The multi-level parameters can be used to represent all the features of the detailed energy structure of experimental cross-sections where the regions of interference minima are of the greatest interest. [en] Proceeding from the unitarity property of collision matrix obtained are relations between resonance parameters of different reaction cross-sections in S matrix theory formalism. The neutron absorption resonance cross section for sup(239)Pu describing well direct measurement results in the range below 100 eV was constructed using results of multilevel analysis of total cross section. The suggested scheme with the unitarity conservation appears more strict in the task of the exact reproduction according to the parameters of resonance cross section of elsastic scattering
