AbstractAbstract
[en] The total set of electromagnetic characteristics of Majorana neutrinos is considered. It is shown that in the static limit (mi=mf=mν) the Majorana neutrinos possess only one electromagnetic characteristic, the toroidal dipole moment (anapole). We have calculated the diagonal toroidal moment (form factor) of the Majorana neutrino in the one-loop approximation of the Standard Model by the dispersion method. All external particles are on the mass shells and there are no problems with the physical interpretation of the final result. Different applications of the toroidal moment of Majorana neutrino are also discussed. 12 refs., 2 figs., 1 tab

AbstractAbstract
[en] Relations between all kinds of explicitly covariant phenomenological representations of the non-diagonal on masses electromagnetic currents of bispinor particles with s=1/2 and their correspondence to the implicitly covariant multipole parametrization of classical current are analyzed in details. The representations with kinematical constraints are revealed. It is emphasized that e.g. the anapole representation of pseudovector current nullifying radiation of this current. Among its admissible explicitly covariant representations there is a universal one in which form factors are normalized to the charge dipole moment and toroidal one permitting one to describe any, including on-mass and off-mass, processes with parity either charged or nonconserved. AbstractAbstract
[en] In quantum relativistic physics transition processes are considered within special frames of reference which kinematics of processes becomes symmetric in certain respects. For elastic processes the list of convenient frames of reference is well known. For inelastic ones this list can be supplemented. We propose a general procedure of introducing Lorentz frames of reference for arbitrary processes. As an example we discuss the relativistic kinematics of a two-body decay in different frames of reference among which we distinguish a frame that we call a proper one for the process considered in the whole. The formulas obtained are useful for treatment of weak electromagnetic processes involving heavy quarks such as hyperon decays and more complicated hadron reactions. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] We discuss the transition radiation of neutrino induced by its toroid dipole moment (τ) when crossing the interface between two different media with different refraction indices. At the initial neutrino energy of 1 MeV, under concrete experimental conditions the energy emitted may amount to 10-40 keV at τνe = √2 GF/π2. The effect very slightly depends on neutrino mass and has a finite value in the massless limit

AbstractAbstract
[en] Coatings of three steels (08G2S, Kh18N10T, 40Kh13) were deposited using an electric arc metallizer on a steel 08kp plate and then subjected to 9% reduction cold rolling, or to impregnation with engine oil at 120 deg C, or to continuous oil supply, or to vacuum annealing with further oil impregnation. All specimens were tested for friction wear. Wear test results showed that all of treatments with the exception of rolling decrease the intensity of wear and friction coefficients. The most wear intensity for all materials is observed at continuous oil supply to coatings surface

AbstractAbstract
[en] The paper is focused on the problem of understanding key items of high heat flux plasma-material interaction during abnormal events: the net power flux that reached the target surface and the nature of the target erosion. As to first the results of direct measurements of visible radiation (Δλ=400-800 nm) flux on the target surface are presented. It is shown that visible radiation power flux emitted inside spectral range Δλ=400-700 nm can be characterised by the level of PR≤1 GW/m2 typical of experiments performed at the VIKA facility during irradiation power of Pirr∼80 GW/m2. It is also shown that the existence of the strong guide magnetic field of B∼2 T results in a change in the behaviour and microstructure of the (Al) metal melt layer
