AbstractAbstract
[en] Subroutines for calculation of the spectral and angular characteristics of infrared synchrotron radiation are designed. For a number of proton and electron accelerators the conforming calculations are made, the outcomes of which allow one to elaborate methods and highly sensitive detectors of an infrared radiation for remote contactless non-destructive diagnostics and research of bunches and high-speed processes in ring-type (CERN/SPS-LHC) and linear (GSI) accelerators, and also thermal fields in electronuclear-power equipment. AbstractAbstract
[en] The technique of calibration of synchrotron radiation precision detectors on a tungsten source based on similarity (close similarity) of character of spectral distributions of synchrotron and thermal radiations is given. The characteristics of various commonly used lamps, used as 'standard' ones, are given. The errors of measurements are analyzed. The detectors are intended for absolute measurements of the number of electrons in a ring-shaped bunch. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] By the example of plants, fungi and bacteria, we consider the possibility of controlling the interaction of cells, being in competitive, antagonistic, or parasitic relations. For this aim we used short-time irradiation (a few seconds or minutes) with the red (633 nm) quasi-monochromatic light having different spatiotemporal coherence. It is shown that the functional activity is mostly increased in the cells whose size does not exceed the coherence length and the correlation radius of the light field. Thus, in the case of cells essentially differing in size, it is possible to increase the activity of smaller cells, avoiding the stimulation of larger ones. For example, the radiation having relatively low coherence ( L coh, r cor ≤ 10 μm) facilitates mainly the damage of large-size plant cells by pathogen fungi, while the exposure to light with less statistical regularity ( L coh = 4 μm, r cor = 5 μm) inhibits the growth of the Fusarium microcera fungus, infected by the bacterium of the Pseudomonas species. The quasi-monochromatic radiation with sufficiently high spatiotemporal coherence stimulated all interacting species (bacteria, fungi, plants). In the considered biocenosis, the equilibrium was shifted towards the favour of organisms having the highest rate of cell division or the ones better using their adaptation potential. (paper)

[en] Full text: The monitor is intended for registration of spatial distribution of density of energy of pulsing radiation of thermal fields and bunches of relativistic electrons and protons in a wide spectral range 0,4 - 4 mkm. In a measuring system of a monitor effective means of active and passive increase of the relation of a useful signal to noise, in view of particular conditions and requirements are used. The measuring channel can confidently allocate a useful signal on a background of handicaps, the size of which can make about 20 kE in a pulse [1]. The accuracy of measurement of amplitude of a signal of radiation makes 0,2% of maximum significances of a registrar scale

AbstractAbstract
[en] The composition of powder-like wastes being formed on permanent magnet manufacturing from rare earth element-bearing alloys is studied. The sulfuric acid method is developed for production of a rare earth sulfate concentrate from the wastes, and the conditions of the concentrate conversion into rare earth carbonate or hydroxide compounds are investigated. The possibility is shown to utilize iron-bearing sulfuric acid filtrate with the aim of producing pigments, catalysts and welding electrode coat components
