[en] In a semiclassical approximation (the Zwaan method) an energy spectrum of anharmonic oscillator Vsub((x))=ax4+bx2 is found. The results are compared with calculation results on the WKB method and numerical diagonalization of a Hamiltonian which permits to evaluate the contribution of complex rotation points. The results of the calculations are given in the table. It is shown that the maximum error is made in determining energy levels with energy E approximately 0. The results of the calculations according to the Zwaan method, considering complex rotation points are better coordinated with the results obtained by means of numerical diagonalization. It is especially mentioned that in the Zwaan method due to continuous energy level transition in determining levels with E < 0 and E > 0 additional energy levels are not missed and do not appear as in the WKB method

[en] A process reverse to Coulomb excitation of nuclei - charged particle scattering on long-lived excited states, followed by excitation energy transfer to the incident particle, is considered. It is shown that the process cross section can reach a few tens of μb. It can be used as an alternative of resonance induced gamma radiation to test isomer properties with the three-level scheme relative to de-excitation by action of an external electromagnetic field

[en] The results of calculations of charged particle induced reactions for the production of neutron deficient radioisotopes 201Tl, 201Pb, 201Bi and concomitant ones are discussed. The excitation functions for reactions 202Hg(p,xn), 197Au(a,xn), 203,205Tl(p,xn), 203,205Tl(d,xn), 203,205Tl(p,pxn), 204Pb(p,xn), 204Pb(p,p3n), 206Pb(p,6n), 206Pb(p,p5n), 207Pb(p,7n), 207Pb(p,p6n), 208Pb(p,xn) and 208Pb(p,p7n) are calculated on the base of statistical model in energy range up to 80 MeV. For the most reactions producing 201Tl the data on the calculated and practical yields under optimum conditions are given and the main admixture levels are pointed out. 30 refs., 9 figs

[en] Calculations are reported of the angular distributions of γ rays that precede fission in the (n,γf ) reaction on even--even nuclei near the threshold. It is shown that the anisotropy of these distributions exceeds by more than an order of magnitude the anisotropy of prompt fission γ rays in the laboratory frame. Lines with this type of anisotropy may appear near vibrational resonances in the spectrum of fission γ rays

[en] The authors demonstrate the desirability of performing experiments in an azimuthally asymmetric geometry with a high degree of orientation of the target nuclei and polarization of the neutrons. The necessary kinematic coefficients are calculated. It is shown that for an aligned 235U nucleus in uranyl rubidium nitrate the experimental arrangement proposed is reasonable for sample temperatures of the order of 0.1 K. The experiment can be used for identification of p resonances and for determination of their spins

AbstractAbstract
[en] An equation for the energies and widths of quasistationary states decaying through a two-humped potential barrier is obtained in the semiclassical approximation. The energies and widths can be found not only for deep sub-barrier quasistationary states, but also for quasistationary states near the top of the barrier or even higher. It is shown that the widths of the quasistationary states in the first well depend on the energies of the quasistationary states in the second well. We give the calculated energies and widths of the quasistationary states for the potential energy approximated by four joined parabolas
