AbstractAbstract
[en] It is shown by analysis of nucleon and nucleon pair separation energies Sn, Sp, S2n, S2p in odd-odd nuclei that odd shells are observed at Z,N=7,11,15,19,23 as a result of coherently enhanced shell closure. The Z,N=11 and 23 shells are most probably deformed. The Z,N=7,15 shells are similar to the shells with the same magic numbers in atoms and thus must be spherical. There were also established the shell closures for even-even nuclei (N=Z) at Z=14 and N=24. (author). 16 refs., 4 figs

[en] The analysis of the reduced multipole mixing ratio δ(E2/M1)Eγ was performed for l-forbidden M1-transitions. It was shown that these parameters have minimum in their absolute value at the shell or subshell closure in nuclei. [en] The effect of the interelectrode potential difference in the XP2020 photomultiplier on the intensity of formation of afterpulses caused by ion feedback is studied. It is shown that the photocathode - first dynode gap plays a decisive role in this process while the dynode system is of minor importance at pulse currents below a few tens of milliampers. It is also shown that the anomalous ratio between the afterpulse amplitudes and basic pulse amplitudes can be governed by the process of single ion detection. (author)

[en] It is shown by the analysis of 165Tm decay that the precision measurements of γ-ray and internal conversion electron intensities together with the measurements o.f angular correlation coefficients provide more data for the determination of γ-ray multipole composition and intensities of γ-transitions with small enerqy difference. The spin of the 589.868 ke tate is found to be I=1/2-. Doublet transitions of different parity from the states 1103.495, 920.645 and 745.968 keV to the levels of the 590 keV region with energy difference ΔE=(108+-22) eV are identified

[en] The effect of the potential different at the focusing chamber electrodes of the FEU-85, FEU-87, and FEU-93 photomultipliers on the intensity of afterpulses resulting from gas discharge processes is investigated. With appropriately selected potentials, the number of recorded secondary pulses can be decreased. Charge distribution spectra are obtained for this sort of pulses, which gives a qualitative estimate of both the homogeneity of the charge and mass distribution of residual gases and the ion-electron emission coefficients
