AbstractAbstract
[en] Recent results for the Cabibbo suppressed semileptonic decays D0 → π-e+ν and D0 → π-μ+ν (charge conjugates are implied) are reported by Fermilab photoproduction experiment E687. We find 45.4±13.3 events in the electron mode and 45.6±11.8 in the muon mode. In addition, a general technique for using our data to measure the pseudoscalar to pseudoscalar decay form factors of any theoretical model is presented. (orig.)

The results include the relative branching fraction of D0 → K-e+νe to D0 → K-π+ and a measurement of the pole dependence of the f+ form factor. Comparisons will be made with the channel D0 → K-μ+νμ. [en] The first measurement of the Ω0c lifetime is briefly presented. The data were collected in the photoproduction experiment E687 at Fermilab. The measured lifetime is τ=86+27-20(stat.)±28(syst.) fs, one the shortest lifetimes among the singly charmed weakly decaying baryons. (orig.)

[en] We describe the algorithm used to identify charged tracks in the fixed-target charm-photoproduction experiment FOCUS. We begin by describing the new algorithm and contrast this approach with that used in our preceding experiment - E687. We next illustrate the algorithm's performance using physics signals. Finally, we briefly describe some of the methods used to monitor the quantum efficiency and noise of the Cherenkov cells

[en] Measurements of the mass and lifetime of the Ξc+ decaying into Ξ-π+π+ are presented. The data were accumulated by the Fermilab high-energy photoproduction experiment E687. The mass of the Ξc+ is measured to be 2464.4±2.0±1.4 MeV/c2 and the lifetime is measured to be 0.41-0.08+0.11±0.02 ps

AbstractAbstract
[en] An observation of an excited Λc+* baryon decaying to Λc+π+π-, with Λc+→pK-π+, is presented. We reconstruct 39.7±8.7Λc+* baryons with a mass of 340.4±0.6±0.3 MeV/c2 above the Λc+ mass. The upper limit on the resonant branching ratio is B(Λc+*→Σcπ±)/B(Λc+*→Λc+ π+π-)<36% at the 90% confidence level

[en] We report the results of a search for CP-violating decay rate asymmetries (ACP) in the charm decay modes D+→K-K+π+, D+→ bar K*0K+, D+→φπ+, and D0→K+K-. Our measurements are all consistent with zero asymmetry: ACP(KKπ)=-0.031±0.068, ACP(K*K)=-0.12±0.13, ACP(φπ)=0.066±0.086, and ACP(KK)=0.024±0.084. AbstractAbstract
[en] A measurement of the lifetime of the charmed strange baryon Ξc0 is presented. The data were accumulated by the Fermilab high energy photoproduction experiment E687. The measurement has been made using 42±10 Ξc0→Ξ-π+ decays. The lifetime of the Ξc0 is measured to be 0.101-0.017+0.025±0.005 ps and its mass is measured to be 2462.1±3.1±1.4 MeV/c2

[en] A precise measurement of the Ds± meson lifetime is reported. The data were accumulated by the high energy photoproduction experiment E687 at Fermilab in the 1990--1991 fixed target run. The measurement has been done using 900 fully reconstructed Ds±→φπ± decays. The lifetime of the Ds± meson is measured to be 0.475±0.020±0.007 ps
