AbstractAbstract
[en] The multiphonon version of the quasiparticle-phonon nuclear model (QPNM) conventient for an analysis of an interaction between configurations with a different number of phonons is proposed. The properties of the matrix elements coupling these configurations are discussed in detail. It is shown that if violation of the Pauli principle shifts the strengths of low-lying two-phonon states towards higher excitation energies, the interaction with complex configurations (three-phonon, etc.) provides the opposite effect of the same order. As a result, the multiphonon version of the QPNM admits the existence of low-lying two-phonon states in deformed nuclei thus removing the discrepancy between the QPNM and other microscopic models. 16 refs.; 1 fig.; 2 tabs

AbstractAbstract
[en] The properties of metal cluster (MC) are discussed. The MC representing the bound systems of atoms of some metals have recently been discovered to possess shells of the same type as in atoms and nuclei. Subsequent investigation has shown the striking similarities of many features of MC and nuclei: shells, quadrupole deformation, fission, giant resonances. As a result, a lot of ideas and methods (first of all the theoretical ones) of nuclear structure may be applied after some modification in the MC field. MC have also their own very specific properties, such as supershells, the opportunity of form very large clusters with the number of atoms up to 20000, mixed clusters and etc. 50 refs.; 3 figs

AbstractAbstract
[en] The equations of the vibrating potential model are derived for description of giant resonances in metal clusters and atomic nuclei with any deformation (including the spherical form of a system). Any single-particle potentials and electron (nucleon) densities for which the coefficients of the multipole expansion are known can be used within this model. 14 refs. . QUIT

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the framework of random phase approximation (RPA) stpength functions of a reduced probability of M2- and M3-transitions are calculated in 154Sm and 166Er for a wide region of nuclear excitation energy. The structure of one-phonon spin-dipole and spin-quadrupole states is investiaated, to which or to Whose rotational bands M2 and M3 transitions go. It is shown that in the region from 5 to 12 MeV the existence of a giant M2-resonance is possible

AbstractAbstract
[en] Within the random phase approximation the calculations of a dipole giant magnetic resonance (DGMR) for a series of nuclei of rare-earth and transuranium regions are presented. It is shown that a considerable splitting (broadening) of DGMR is possible, at which a low energy part of DGMR is formed due mainly to proton states, whereas a high energy part is due to neutron ones. The localization region of DGMR is as high as 5-7 MeV. Reduced widths ksub(M1) and width ratio anti GITAsub(E1)/anti GITAsub(M1) at the neutron binding energy Bsub(n) are calculated and compared with experiment
