[en] The method of program compilation from the FORTRAN-1900 language by means of ILC-1900 standard compiler according to special program, monitoring addresses to external devices and ensuring link-up of the compiler with operating and file systems of the ''Odrenok'' microcomputer is described. Changes in the compiler, library ensuring link-up of input/output operators of compiled program with the existing systems, as well as the PIGS graphic pachage adaptation, permitting to use it in programs written in the FORTRAN-1900 language, are considered. In the supplement a description of separation with monitoring program for users is described, the FORTRAN-1900 language and certain peculiarities of inpu/outpit operations related to the change in the corresponding subprograms are briefly outlined

[en] A description of a magnetic step-analyser of intense relativistic electron beam energy spectra is presented. The azimuthal magnetic field in the analyser is created by the current flowing through two coaxial cylinders. The particles move in the analyser along the trajectories, representing spirals with the pitch depending on the energy and rolled on the magnetic field spiral force lines. The magnetic analyser serviceability is demonstrated at the U-1 device with 1.1 MeV electron beam energy and 50 kA current. 6 refs.; 7 figs.; 2 tabs

AbstractAbstract
[en] Energy spectra of a 1 MeV, 70 kA, 4μs, 140 kJ relativistic electron beam (REB) on the U1-SPIN device are measured before and after passing through gas/plasma prefilled drift chamber using multifoil analyzer. The drift chamber is a 1-long, 10 cm diameter stainless steel tube with 4T longitudinal magnetic field. The initial beam injected to the tube from the accelerator diode is monoenergetic. For high gas densities (∼1016cm-3) the energy spectrum on the exit of the tube remains the same as it is the diode. If the gas/plasma density is less then 1015cm-3 the energy loss up to 20% is observed. At the initiak gas density about 1013cm-3 appreciable fraction (∼10%) of the beam electrons with the energy more than initial one appears. Specific features of the diagnostic technique are discussed in details. 21 refs.; 15 figs

[en] Significant non-collision beam brake action in plasma (decrease in electron average energy by approximately 25%) was obtained as a result of collective interaction of microsecond relativistic electron beam with plasma on the GOL-3 device. The beam of about 5 μs length and with energy up to 100 kJ was injected in plasma with density of approximately 1015 cm-3, located in the seven-meter solenoid with the field of 5 x 5 Tl. The plasma specific energy content remains heterogeneous by length during heating time with the maximum close to the beam injection point. 21 refs., 11 figs

[en] The control systems of the acceleration-storage complexes constitute the distribution systems, based on application of the developed Odrenok microcomputer. The Odrenok microcomputer is a computer, integrated with the CAMAC -controller, which makes it possible to use it effectively with the CAMAC apparatuses. Modernization of the net apparatus level and software was carried out for the purpose of further development of the existing acceleration-storage complex control systems. The adapter enabling switch-on of the Ethernet 10 megabit microcomputer to the net and application protocols, providing for information transfer, were developed. The peculiarities and possibilities for the systems control provision are considered by the example of the VEPP-4 control system

Системы управления ускорительно-накопительными комплексами - это распределенные системы, базирующиеся на использовании разработанной микроЭВМ Одренок. МикроЭВМ Одренок представляет собой компьютер, совмещенный с КАМАК-контроллером, что позволяет эффективно использовать его при взаимодействии с КАМАК-аппаратурой. Для дальнейшего развития существующих систем управления ускорительно-накопительными комплексами была проведена модернизация сетевого аппаратного уровня и программного обеспечения. AbstractAbstract
[en] The experimental results on heating of a dense plasma by an electron beam on the GOL-3 device are presented. The relativistic electron beam is injected into a 7-meter long plasma column of a mirror machine. The beam can transfer about 20-30% of its energy into 1-10 keV plasma electrons due to collective effects. These electrons are slowed down in a 0.5-3 meter long gas cloud of a 1016-1017cm-3 density (so-called two-stage heating scheme). The hot electrons ionize this cloud and heat the dense plasma due to binary collisions. The total energy deposited in the cloud is 2-4 times higher than the instantaneous energy content of the lower density homogeneous plasma. Pressure waves were observed in the plasma. The mean energy of the hot electrons was estimated from measured energy deposition along the plasma cloud. The experiment demonstrates a high efficiency of the two-stage scheme of a dense (1016-1017 cm-3) plasma heating
