AbstractAbstract
[en] The efficiency of nonlinear interaction of plasma with electromagnetic waves with the frequency close to that of the lower hybrid resonance has been theoretically investigated. It has been shown that nonlinear effects of ion induced scattering may lead to the fact that an electromagnetic wave in inhomogeneous plasma loses a significant part of its energy without reaching the point of the lower hybrid resonance. In this case a considerable heating of peripheral layers of plasma occurs which is accompanied by arising of fast electrons and by turbulization of a plasma boundary. It has been shown that the efficiency of the nonlinear mechanism should decrease when increasing lifetimes of particles

AbstractAbstract
[en] The data reviewed show that runaway electrons in a tokamak can considerably affect the macroscopic characteristics of the discharge. The detailed study of the behavior of runaway electrons that is presented is dictated by the fact that in future devices the number of runaway electrons and their role in the macroscopic behavior of plasma may increase due to an increase of the discharge duration and of the confinement time of fast electrons

AbstractAbstract
[en] Consideration is being given to the mechanism of the stochastic instability resulting in occurrence of anomalous diffusion of a plasma transverse to magnetic field. Estimations of diffusion coefficient in the case of strong turbulence were obtained. The process of anomalous diffusion can be presented in the following way. Oscillations resonant for the given particle form sufficiently complicated cell-type structure in the plane perpendicular to magnetic field and with time-dependent configuration. The change of cell squares in time results in distortion of adiabatic invariant, particle transition from one cell into another and therefore particle diffusion transverse to magnetic field

AbstractAbstract
[en] The nonlinear problem of the anomalous diffusion of electrons in a tokamak at interaction with electromagnetic fluctations is considered consessively for the first time. Self-consistent theory of space diffusion of electrons in electromagnetic fluctations of arbitrary amplitude in a tokamak is constructed with account of toroidal drift. It is shown that diffusion is determined by banana electrons with a certain characteristic time of stochasticity, and a characteristic scale of diffusion in a nonlinear case in wave amplitude is saturated
