AbstractAbstract
[en] The studies described were carried out with the use of a diagram for analyzing the spectra of inelastic scattering neutrons with consideration of direct and compound mechanisms of interaction. In the presentaion of the interaction, a general diagram of the parametrization of the collision matrix for single-nucleon nuclear reactions was constructed for a base corresponding to the actual state of the nuclear target and the nucleon in a centrally symmetric potential. Transitions in the interaction of a nucleon with a nucleus in the fields of a continuous spectrum are included in the direct processes, and activations of the related base states by the remaining interactions correspond to the resonances of the compound nucleus. A separation of the collision matrix into two parts, the first of which describes direct reactions and the second resonance reactions, is presented. The expression obtained for the energy dependence of the resonance part coincides in form with the corresponding result R, the theoretical matrix. (V.P.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The method is described for calculating quasistationary states of the quantum system consisting of hydrogen muon mesomolecules. The results are presented of calculation of all quasistationary levels of muon mesomolecules with equal and different nuclei of hydrogen isotopes. The procedure and results obtained are based on the calculations carried out by the authors in previous papers. Calculations are performed in adiabatic representation of the three-body problem with Coulomb interaction and were mainly reduced to solving the Sturm-Liouville problem for the Coupled equation system. It is shown that for the case of molecules with different nuclei the energy of quasistationary states is counted off the ground state of mesoatom with the nucleus of a heavier hydrogen isotope. The table shows the values of energies, widths and maximum amplitude of the solution for the region of the action of potential. All the quasistationary levels obtained are the consequence of excistence of a centrifugal barrier in the effective potentials and have, thus, a considerable width (up to 35 eV). In conclusion it is noted that the method developed for calculating quasistationary states of the quantum system may be applied in other fields of physics

AbstractAbstract
[en] The work is devoted to the evaluation of the direct process contribution in to the neutron inelastic spectra. In order to estimate thedirect process contribution and to explain the characteristic features in the spectra due to non maxwellian part, most simple results of the theory for direct reactions for separate processes are used. The main attention is paid to revealing general regularities arising in averaging for a wide group of transitions. The regularities in the angular and energy dependences of the direct process contribution for different nuclei are supposed to be connected with single-particle transitions, and the transitions are estimated by means of the Butler theory. Such an approach when applied to neutron spectra averaged over many direct transitions permits to derive a simple diagram for parametrization of the non maxwellian part contribution with a minimum number of physical parameters found from an experiment. Experimental data on the neutron emission spectra have been used for two values of incident neutron energy 14.36 +-0.15 MeV and 9.1 +- 0.1 MeV obtained by the time-of-flight method with a resolution approximately 3.5 (neutr.s/m) and approximately 2.5 (neutr.s/m), respectively. The results for two groups of nuclei have been analyzed: Cr, Fe, Co, Ni and Nb, V. As a result of the analysis nuclear temperatures equal in all angles are obtained, the direct process contribution to the inelastic scattering integral cross sections is estimated, and the asymmetry of the angular distribution of neutron inelastic scattering is qualitatively explained in the framework of the shell model

AbstractAbstract
[en] Problems on development and operation of automated control system (ACS) software of NPPs with the RBMK reactors are discussed. The ES computer with large on-line storage (not less than 1 Mbite) and fast response (not less than 300.000 of operations per a second) should enter the ACS composition. Several program complexes are used in the NPP ACS. The programs collected into the EhNERGIYa library are used to provide central control system operation. The information-retrival system called the Fuel file is used to automate NPP fuel motion account, as well as to estimate efficiency of fuel application, to carry out calculations of a fuel component of electric and heat energy production cost. The automated information system for unit operation efficiency analysis, which solves both plant and unit-level problems, including engineering and economical factors and complexing of operation parameter bank, is under trial operation

AbstractAbstract
[en] A subsystem for an on-line control system of a NPP with RBMK type reactor, designed for queueing automated confidence control of preliminary technological data and the balances of energy and mass exchange in the reactor, is considered. The subsystem solves the following concrete problems: ascertaining of controlled process stationary character and calculation of mathematical expectation and root-mean-square deviation of controlled parameters for each stationary section; tests of primary temperature meters pressure gauges by two independent conditions, evaluation of true values of the main thermal parameters of a power unit, evaluation of summary systematic errors of the corresponding primary measurement devices, control of coolant flowmeters

AbstractAbstract
[en] Problems related to creation and introduction at NPP of highly efficient and reliable systems for monitoring and control of working processes and intelligence-endowed systems of operator informational support (ISOIS) are considered. The main units included in ISOIS are considered. The main units included in ISOIS are described. The unit of current state monitoring provides information for the operator, which is necessary under concrete conditions for the process monitoring and control, so as to avoid emergencies and affers a program of actions in a dialogue mode for the operator. The identification unit is designed for the obtaining of assessed values of process parameters (neutron fields, temperatures, pressures) and basic equipment (reactivity coefficients, fuel rod weights, time of delay). The prediction unit evaluates the behaviour of process parameters and process state in various situations. 9 refs
