AbstractAbstract
[en] On the basis of an analysis of the cometary brightness flares catalogue the evidence of their relation to the corpuscular solar radiation are given. It is shown that the flare cometary activity depends on the phase of the 11-year cycle of solar activity, i.e. the maxima correspond to the periods of rise and decline. Active events in comets correlate not only with the appearance of high-velocity solar plasma streams but also with numerous geophysical events ap--pearing as the result of the solar plasma influence on the Earth magnetosphere and atmosphere. The most part of cometary flares is observed on a solar activity decline and the largest amplitudes of flares are observed on solar activity decline and rise

It is shown that cometary flare activity depends on the phase of the 11-year solar activity cycle: the maxima correspond to periods of rise and fall. AbstractAbstract
[en] A system of integrodifferential equations was established to allow a quantitative estimation to be made of time dependence of icy grain halo brightness after destruction by energy particles of solar wind. The solution led to the assumption that icy grain halo brightness variation is of outburst nature. It was shown that with due account being taken of the contribution of the gas-dust atmosphere the estimated photometric light variation curves are in good agreement with the observed brightness outburst curves. This model takes into consideration the dependence of cometary outburst amplitude and duration on their heliocentric distance and the level of solar corpuscular activity. Also discussed is how visible cometary brightness would be affected by the existence of icy grain halo in cometary atmosphere and the variation of its area owing to fragmentation and sustimation. AbstractAbstract
[en] In this monograph, the provisional analysis of the causes and sequences of the sever accidents on the Fukushima NPP is presented. The analysis of the possibility of the origin of extreme events connected with the flooding of Zaporizhzhia NPP industrial site, emergency of the steam-gas explosions on NPPs with WWER and other phenomena occurred under sever accidents was carried out. It was presented the authors original working-out on symptom-oriented approaches of sever accident initiating event list identification, on criteria substantiation of explosion safety and optimization of processes management at sever accidents, as well as on the methodological support of the accident beyond the design basis management at the WWER for prevention of their transition in the stage of sever accidents.

AbstractAbstract
[en] Ingenious risk-informed methods to assess ecological safety of facilities with radioactive waste are proposed in the paper. Probabilistic norms on lethal outcomes and reliability of safety barriers are used as safety criteria. Based on the probability measures, it is established that ecological safety conditions are met for the standard criterion of lethal outcomes
