AbstractAbstract
[en] The difficult of producing cryotrons consists in the necessity of selecting a pair of interacting neperconductors and their optimal space location for provision connection by magnetic field. This drawback can be removed if one takes account of the properties of reclutly discovered high-temperature superconductors (HTSC)-monocrystals. Multiple investigations in HTSC monocrystals have demonstrated the presence of in them of strong conductivity anisotropy, the coherence of length, magnetic field penetration depth and most important-critical values of current density and magnetic field intensity along and perpendicularly to the (a,b) plane. A successful combination of such diverse properties in HTSC monocrystals allows one to consider the possibility of their practical application as cryotrons

[en] Analysis of properties of different HTSC systems enabled to make a conclusion about the possibility of creation of a new cryotron type on the basis of one matrial only - HTSC monocrystal. HTSC monocrystal of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x composition was chosen for realization and experimental testing of this conclusion. Test technique was suggested

AbstractAbstract
[en] A discrete version of the Landau-Lifshits equation from the theory of ferromagnetism is investigated within the framework of the method of the inverse-scattering problem. Variations of action-angle type are constructed, and the energy spectrum of the model is described. The procedure of dressing is used to obtain the simplest soliton solution

AbstractAbstract
[en] Efficiency of highly diverging dense electron beam deceleration in a recuperator with spherical collector is investigated. An electron gun with the initial beam energy of 600 eV and beam current up to 50 mA is used as an electron source. Maximum electron beam angular spread at the recuperator inlet is 45 deg, beam diameter amounts to 3 cm, gas pressure in the chamber is equal to 2x10-6 torr. The collector represents a hemisphere with radius of 6 cm. A special electrode made in the form of a set of needles coating the inner sphere surface is used to suppress the secondary electron emission from the collector surface. It is shown that such recuperator has efficiency not less than 86 %. At a definite beam density the rise of a virtual cathode is observed. The beginning of oscillations with frequency of about 3kHz is discovered in the case when the potential minimum lays near the collector surface and at definite beam current and deceleration degree values. Moreover the oscillation frequency is determined by the power supply relaxation

[en] A detailed description of controlled texturing technology, based on which Bi-2212 phase samples with the assigned inhomogeneity profile are produced, is presented. A possibility of applying the controlled texturing for current contact protection against overheating by transport current under effect of external magnetic field is demonstrated. 31 refs.; 3 figs

[en] The technique relies on simultaneous application of a set of TLDs located in the discharge chamber around and along the discharge axis. The application discharges enabled detection of a strong angular X-ray anisotropy and, probably, channel emissions of electrons from micropinch plasma whose angular divergence was ≤150 mrad

AbstractAbstract
[en] The technique uses several thermoluminescence detectors inside a gas-discharge chamber along and around the discharge axis and placed on a simple support unit. The detectors are covered with filters and are set at fixed coordinates. This alignment of the detectors records the pattern of the intensity distribution from a chosen portion of the discharge in an angle of up to 2π for a given spectral band. The spatial resolution is determined by the detector dimensions (5-8 mm). Since the chamber walls have no effect on the radiation, X-ray spectra above 1.5 eV can be recorded. This technique detected strong anisotropy in X-rays from a micropinch discharge and, possibly, channelled bursts of electrons from the micropinch plasma with a divergence ≤ 150 mrad
