AbstractAbstract
[en] A measurement method of neutron fluence distribution for intensive beam generators based on the fission tracks was described. The distribution at different distances along the 0 deg direction of the deuteron beam from the target was measured and the results were compared with the results of A1 activation and the theoretical calculation. The neutron fluence distribution for different angles on the plane which was 11.3 cm from the target was also measured. The neutron fluence distribution on the spherical surface was then calculated and compared with the theoretical calculation. The two agreed within the experimental error

[en] The reason why Si(Au) detectors deteriorated when they were rebiasing after exposed to a fast neutron flux up to 1013 n/cm2 is studied experimentally. By slowly applying the bias, the performance of the detectors could be recovered and their service life be prolonged

[en] The application of the fission track dating to the Jiuzhoutai loess profile in Lanzhou shows that the intergrowth gypsum on the bottom of the profile was formed about 1.46 to 1.52 Ma ago, from which it is deduced that the age of loess accumulation at Jiuzhoutai was more than 1.5 Ma

AbstractAbstract
[en] The neutron transmission of a T(d,n)4He fast neutron source shielded with iron of different thickness is simulated using Monte Carlo method. The pole of (n,2n) reaction on the slowing down of fast neutrons is studied in detail, and it caused accumulation of the lower energy neutron. The reflected neutrons entering into the shielding again are considered in the analysis. The reasonable thicknesses of the multi-layer shielding are recommended and they are in agreement with the data published

AbstractAbstract
[en] Various theoretical models of intelligentized control for ECR source were reviewed. Program compilation, simulation experiments and analysis of experiment results for some theoretical models were described, with emphasis on theoretical model of fuzzy-neural modular network (combinatorial network). The merits and demerits of this model was analyzed in the light of simulation experiments of intelligentized control for ECR source. The computed results of simulation experiments are dependent on learning times, rule number and study rate. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Simulation experiments of the intelligentized control were made with fuzzy-neural modular network for ECR source. Simulation capacities of the intelligentized control for ECR source were observed for three courses: from the start to the controlling goal, from one controlling condition to another condition, and from one controlling condition to the end. It is shown that the intelligentized control works satisfactorily. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The fast heavy ion beam enhanced adhesion of thin Cu film on Si substrate was studied for a wide range of Cl ion beam doses and for beam energies of 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 MeV. It is found that there are two types of enhanced adhesion. The surfaces of Si substrates were observed by means of a scanning electron microscope (SEM) after low dose ion bombardment. The micrographs show that no microcracks exist on the surfaces. This result seems to disagree with the explanation of low dose enhanced adhesion caused by the crazes on the substrate surface
