[en] Present article is devoted to mass-spectrometric study of thermal evaporation of magnesium arsenide and bismuthide. Synthesis of Mg3As2 has been carried out by heating up to 1020 K of stoichiometric quantities of initial substances. Heating the program for Mg3As2 and Mg3Bi2 has been constructed and discussed.
