AbstractAbstract
[en] Descriptions and results of testing at T-10 tokamak of two methods for plasma investigation using reflected SHF signal are presented. The first one consists in measuring the time delay of SHF signal, reflected from plasma. The delay measuring circuit operates independent of SHF generator frequency change. After determining the time delay dependence on SHF signal frequency, one can calculate spatial distribution of plasma density in the tokamak. At T-10 the circuit was operating at the delay magnitude which did not exceed 2.5 ns. The second method is based on measuring the reflected signal phase shift and designed for investigating plasma turbulence. SHF signal phase change for an intermediate frequency was performed according to heterodyne circuit, which allowed one to measure reflected signal phase oscillation independent of changes of its amplitude. When working with T-10 tokamak, plasma turbulence with 100-700 kHz frequency range and 5-15% density oscillation amplitude was measured

[en] The paper deals with the study on three-wave interactions in electron fluxes. Cases, when a fast cyclotron wave and a slow wave of a space charge or a fast wave of a space charge and a slow cyclotron wave interact correspondingly due to parametric coupling in the field of an electromagnetic pumping wave in a beam, are considered. The frequency band of the instability occurring is shown to be restricted from the side of high frequencies only by the limits of applicability of initial equations. Increments of instabilities are found, the efficiency of wave transformation at the linear stage of interaction is estimated

[en] The method for identification of single peaks in spectra of high resolution magnetic-resonance mass-spectrometers by introducing the calculational reference point is suggested. It is suggested to determine the nuclear magnetic resonance frequency in the magnetic field given simultaneously with the measurement of the cyclotron frequency of the ion investigated. The comparison of cyclotron frequencies of various ions is carried out by a modulator, and the generator feeds high-frequency voltage to it. [en] Design of ultrahighvacuum helium cryogenic pump with embraced evacuation zone, its productivity exceeding several times the one of cryopumps of certain design with flange sleeve of the same transfer cross section is described. Main characteristics of a cryopump and isotherms for H2 and He adsorption on N2 and Ar condensates at 4.2 and 2 K registered in the 10-8-10-4 Pa equilibrium pressure range are presented. The pump fast operation at the Du 340 inlet flange with the case diameter of 0.5 m is 5.5 m3/s by N2, 20 M3/s-by H2, 11.5 M3/s-by He and directly in the embraced evacuation zone it equals to 11 m3/s by N2 and to 35 m3/s-by H2. The pump can be applied with higher efficiency in molecular-beam epitaxy devices and its other modifications-in charged particle accelerators, outer space simulators, thermonuclear fusion devices and other objects with operating chamber volumes making up 0.1-100 m3 and operating pressures from 10-3 up to 10-10 Pa

[en] To produce high-resistance n-type silicon its neutron-induced alloying is carried out in the RBMK-1000 power reactor. It is shown that n- and p-type silicon for nuclear radiation detectors can be produced in a specially designed reactor thermal column. The heat treatment conditions for high-resistance n-type silicon produced by neutron-induced alloying are optimized, and superhigh-voltage p-n transitions with breakdown voltage greater than 15 kV are made on the base of the above silicon

AbstractAbstract
[en] Effect of magnetic field within zero value range on SHF power absorption in XBa2Cu3O7-type superconducting ceramics where X=Y, Eu, Yb was investigated. Experiments were conducted at SHF power different levels with more thorough investigaition of signal behaviour. It was determined that in this case it is possible to detect absorption intensive narrow reverse signal. Spectrometer with EPR-tomograph adapter was used in the experiments. Possibility to detect narrow intensive signal allows to use it in heterogeneous magnetic field in case of nondestructive investigation of distribution of superconductive phase over specimen volume. It enables to acquire valid information concerning spatial distribution of properties (at least the values of the first critical field) in essentially heterogeneous substances to which high-temperature cermaics belong
