AbstractAbstract
[en] Electron irradiation of metal nanostructures is an effective tool for stimulating a controlled modification of the structural and conductive material properties. Use of the electron irradiation with energies less than 500 keV allows conducting controlled annealing of nanotube defects, which leads to the improvement of the conductive properties due to decreasing resistance. In this case, the use of radiation doses above 150 kGy induces the samples destruction, caused by the thermal heating of nanotubes, leading to the crystal lattice destruction and the sample amorphization. AbstractAbstract
[en] The transformations mechanism of structural defects, functional and chemical composition, mechanical properties and the hydrophobicity of diamond surface under non-thermal high-voltage nanosecond pulse treatment was investigated using methods of FTIR spectroscopy, analytical electron microscopy, as well as methods of physical and chemical studies of structure and mineral surfaces properties. As a result of electric pulse processing of diamond crystals during 10-50 seconds the effect of degradation and peeling of secondary mineral phases films from diamond surface and increasing of B2 defects concentration and crystals hydrophobicity was established. With increasing of treatment time (dose) to 30-150 s starts an oxidation of the diamond surface by products of radiolytic decomposition of water and ambient air forming hydroxyl and / or carbonyl groups on crystals surface, causing the decrease of diamonds hydrophobic properties. AbstractAbstract
[en] Dependence of AC-conductivity of tin dioxide films from temperature of annealing in vacuum was presented in this work. In order to modify the structure and stoichiometric composition the films were subjected to the annealing in vacuum in temperature range from 300 to 800 °C. AC-conductivity of the films in the frequency range 20 Hz - 2 MHz were carried out. Variation in the frequency dependencies of the real and imaginary parts of the impedance of tin dioxide films was found to occur as a result of vacuum annealing. Equivalent circuits for describing the properties of films with various structure and stoichiometric composition were proposed. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The work presents the results on the synthesis pure and activated by oxides of polyvalent ions of MgF2 ceramics. The synthesis of the samples was carried out using a powerful electron beam as a heater. An X-ray diffraction analysis of the ceramic was performed, which showed the formation of crystallites. The degree of crystallinity increases with the introduction of the activator. Activator luminescence was observed.(authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] This report presents the functionalities of the new tomographic hardware and software setup. The setup was designed and created in the Shubnikov Institute of Crystallography FSRC 'Crystallography and photonics' RAS to solve the problem of quantitative description of the spatial organization of different types of samples. In addition, we report the first results experimental results, which have been obtained. Remotely controlled set-up includes a laboratory X-ray source, shutter, crystal monochromator, vacuum path, sample stage with automatic positioning system for the sample in study (sample size can vary from fractions of a millimeter to several centimeters) and X-rays detectors. The software part solves three main tasks: remote control of the set-up, remote operations with the data (storage, access, processing, etc.), access to set-up and data via a web interface. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The effect of various regimes of plasma irradiation in the 'Plasma focus' device on the surface structure of vanadium has been studied. It is established that at the plasma power density values of 108 - 1010 W/cm2 there are pores, microcracks and gas bubbles in the structure of material. In addition, as a result of the plasma action, the ejection of individual pieces of material from the irradiated vanadium surface was observed. (authors)

[en] By means of self-consistent ensemble Monte Carlo method the simulation of the photocurrent response in the submicron SOI MOSFET with 100 nm channel length has been performed. The photocurrent response has been simulated under the effect of 532 nm wavelength picosecond laser radiation pulse with 2.5 103 W/cm2 power density. It is ascertained that the photocurrent vanishes after approximately 3 ps after the pulse effect for the considered drain biases in the range from 0.05 to 1 V. (authors)
