We are delighted to announce that Andre Deinhardt and Stefan Thiem have assumed new management roles at Geothermie Neubrandenburg GmbH (GTN), a part of COWI. ✨ André Deinhardt, a seasoned professional in the industry, has taken over as the commercial management of GTN. With eleven years as the Managing Director of the German Geothermal Energy Association, Andre brings valuable expertise to the table. Moreover, his strong academic background in public law, economics, and business administration, acquired from esteemed institutions in Munich, Hagen, and Cambridge, positions him perfectly to lead GTN's commercial operations. ✨ Stefan Thiem, an authorized signatory and long-standing Head of Reservoir Engineering at GTN, has taken over the technical management of GTN. Throughout his eight-year tenure, Stefan has played a key role in the successful execution of numerous shallow and deep geothermal projects. Holding a degree in geosciences from the University of Potsdam, his knowledge and experience are invaluable in his new leadership position. As we welcome the new management, we also bid farewell to GTN's esteemed founders and previous Managing Directors, Peter Seibt and Frank Kabus.
