StarTric, a startup selected for A-Road Batch#4, has successfully secured a new seed financing round. This milestone was made possible by investments Growth Engine, NLC Health Ventures, NLC Health Impact Fund, and several business angels.   Millions of patients worldwide lack effective and accessible therapeutic options for treating Triscupid Regurgitation (TR). Deep dive on Holifya 🔍 Taking a closer look at the companies of Batch #5   Holifya is a digital health startup that offers personalized #nutrition and prevention plans based on genetic data (#DNA test) and anamnesis (online health assessment). Holifya's programs consist of an initial DNA test (purchased online and done at home) and monthly video consultations with the most suitable nutritionist and/or doctor for the client's needs, who then drafts the client's #nutrition and #prevention plan.   Their scientific and data driven strategy has the potential to prevent 80% of chronic diseases through tailored improvements in diet and lifestyle. Founders Alessandra Cestaro and Marco Brustia are supported by A-Road mentor Tommaso Gamaleri, CEO Europe of Younited.

The startup was founded by Davide Zaccagnini, MD and Minos Garofalakis based on their desire to maximize the value of #clinical information for #healthcare performance, clinical research, health economics, and artificial intelligence. Based in Italy with a highly international team and worldwide clinical partners, Agora Labs team brings together expertise from different countries.    Agora Labs was born and developed from numerous projects granted by European funding, which supported R&D developments including blockchain infrastructure, international data sharing, privacy preserving computation, and AI infrastructure and synthetic data.
