  • Shaken, not stirred: WaterCube fluidics components pass vibration tests! ⚙️ 🔧 Another milestone checked! ✅ In just two weeks, our team successfully completed two critical test campaigns—Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for avionics and now vibration testing for our fluidics hardware (valves, sensors). These tests ensure that WaterCube components can withstand the harsh conditions of launch and space operations. After the test, a full functional characterisation of the components performance has been carried out to ensure that the vibrations had not degraded the hardware. Yet another proof of our ability to execute fast and deliver reliable space hardware. And hey, we’re one step closer to orbit - one vibration at a time! 🪐 A special thanks to Politecnico di Milano DAER, Mr. Paolo Rubini and Mr. Mauro Terraneo / Vicoter s.n.c. which, through our partnership with ESA BIC, enabled us to use their shaker for this test. Support from academic institutions is fundamental in driving forward deep-tech innovation in the space industry! Looking for a robust, flight-ready propulsion system? Let’s talk! Successful kick-off for the Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test campaign! 🛰️💻 In the last few days we started HIL testing to validate WaterCube’s flight software! By simulating sensor inputs and actuators, we are rigorously verifying state transitions and control laws, ensuring our system reacts precisely as intended. This achievement highlights the expertise of our avionics team, whose dedication to real-time validation is shaping WaterCube’s reliability for space. HIL testing is a crucial step toward our first in-orbit demonstration, bringing us closer to safe, efficient propulsion for small satellites. A huge "thank you" to our committed team and to Riccardo, who is executing the test so proficiently! 👨💻 If you’re passionate about avionics testing and want to be part of this journey, we are looking for a Master's thesis Avionics HW Test Engineer Intern to join our team! Reach out to us at info@capsule-corp.biz 📨 Stay tuned as we continue pushing the boundaries of miniaturized space mobility! 🚀 #SpaceTech #HILTesting #Avionics #WaterCube #Hiring #MadeInItaly

Cut costs, save time: The WaterCube revolution for Smallsat propulsion 🚀 💸 Traditional propulsion systems come with hidden costs and long delays, slowing down satellite deployment and revenue generation. WaterCube is here to change that! ✅ No need for expensive ground support equipment: Did you just buy your shiny new pressurised propulsion system and want to load it before encapsulating the satellite in the launcher? Get ready to buy an expensive, certified loading cart that can cost up to €300.000 🤯 Or buy WaterCube, which operates unpressurised, eliminating the need for such costly infrastructure! ✅ Faster time to orbit: Propulsion systems are often long-lead items, delaying satellite integration. Thanks to our proprietary, patent-pending architecture, 3D printing, and COTS components, WaterCube slashes lead time to just 3.5 months — 50% faster than competitors, time equals money has never been so true! ⌛ ✅ Lower launch costs = more accessible propulsion: As launch prices drop, loading larger amounts of propellant is no longer critical. WaterCube is the ideal fit for Cubesats (3U and up) and Smallsats (100-200 kg) as a primary propulsion system, and even for larger spacecraft requiring a secondary propulsion unit. 🛰️ 🌍 Smallsat & Cubesat propulsion should be affordable, reliable, and fast—that’s exactly what we deliver. Ready to rethink your satellite propulsion strategy? Let’s talk: info@capsule-corp.biz 📧 Featured in the image: our EM-01 and some... H2O propellant, AKA water 😜 #Smallsats #Cubesats #Propulsion #NewSpace #WaterCube #Sustainability

  • 🚀 Adapting to the New Rideshare Era! 🌍 Oh no! The recent SpaceX rideshare restrictions on 3D-printed pressure vessels have raised challenges for many propulsion suppliers—but not for us at Capsule Corporation! 💧 Our WaterCube propulsion system operates at very low pressure, so our main tank is not classified as a pressure vessel under regulations. This unique feature makes WaterCube compliant, reliable, and ready for launch without the regulatory hurdles others face. Want to know how WaterCube can simplify your satellite mission? Drop us a line at info@capsule-corp.biz! 📧 #WaterCube #SpacePropulsion #Innovation #MadeInItaly Ph. courtesy of SpaceX [Rideshare Payload User's Guide version 10]
