On World Prematurity Day, here the story of Skye captured in the powerful documentary, "The Edge of Life" – a project supported by Chiesi and the European Society for Pediatric Research. 🎬 Filmed by the photographer Giulio Di Sturco, this documentary offers a raw and unfiltered look inside the NICU at Bristol Southmead Hospital, portraying the unscripted beginnings of preterm babies and the emotional reality faced by parents and healthcare professionals alike. 📅 Set to premiere worldwide by the end of 2024, "The Edge of Life" brings to light the challenges and triumphs that occur behind hospital walls. Elijah and Peran. Twins, Born at 24 weeks and less than 700 grams. A story we want to highlight as we approach World Prematurity Day. It is one of the many portrayed in the documentary "The Edge of Life", an innovative project supported by Chiesi and the European Society for Peadiatric Research and filmed by Giulio Di Sturco to be presented worldwide by the end of 2024.
