Since 1946, Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani Srl has been designing and producing cylinder valves for reciprocating compressors. In over 65 years of specialized experience, we have been developing different types of valves suitable for a large variety of operating conditions: lubricated or oil-free, low or high pressures, low or high or variable differential pressure ratio, all gas compositions corrosive elements included, very low or high temperature, for every high duty application. Moreover, our valves are customized to the specific operating conditions, providing tailored solutions for the customer requirements. Using cutting-edge systems for both designing and production, our products fit with very difficult working conditions and fulfil customers’ expectations for performance and reliability. Our mission is to provide very high quality products meeting our customers’ satisfaction, responding to their demands, strategies, needs, always providing high flexibility and fast response time. A close cooperation with the OEM compressor manufacturers enables us: • to provide them with the best and broadest support for the maximum benefit of the End Users, • to cooperate in the designing phase for the optimization of the cylinder – valve - pocket system, • to improve our products according to the highest requests for new compressor developments, • to establish synergies in supplying valve revamping capabilities and in valve servicing. Above all, we behave in our business according to the highest standard of fairness and integrity, values that our founder taught us. We are pleased to announce the renewal of the partnership agreement with Burckhardt Compression, signed in June 2024. In May 2021, the two companies signed a cooperation agreement to join forces, agreeing that Cozzani is considered as a preferred supplier for low- and high-pressure Hydrogen, Refinery, LDPE, and high-speed compression applications.
