We celebrated our first year as part of the Dumarey Group, a truly special occasion to reflect on the recent achievements and the new challenges in front of us. We are proud of this first milestone but even more about the exciting projects and ideas that we are eager to bring to life. It was also an opportunity to review this past year with all our collaborators and to outline the future vision of the Dumarey Group. Dumarey Flowmotion Technologies is proud to announce its membership in the ITS Prodigi Foundation. The Prodigi advanced training school is the only higher education institution in Tuscany dedicated to IT and digital technologies. Founded on December 13, 2021, the Prodigi Foundation is supported by thirty founding members and operates across three regions: Empolese Valdelsa and the Florentine area, Pisa, and Siena-Arezzo. In each of these areas, companies, trade associations, training agencies, municipalities, schools, and universities have joined forces to develop professional training programs that are continuously evolving and tailored to the real needs of the local productive sectors. We are glad to share this post: our colleague sara vongher was invited to present our expertise in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation to the students of the Fluid Dynamic Simulation of Propulsion Systems course, part of the fifth-year curriculum of the Master's Degree in Vehicle Engineering at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Sara and Antonio Agresta, Modeling and Simulation Team Leader, were able to highlight our simulation capabilities and the related experiences we have in the automotive field.

Last December 3rd, Riccardo Toncelli took part in the conference “The Automotive Supply Chain in Tuscany: Scenarios and Prospects.” Hosted and organized by Unione Industriale Pisana in collaboration with Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica (ANFIA). Riccardo has presented our vision about the opportunities of progressive decarbonization for the passenger cars as well as commercial vehicle. “Not only BEV” is our mantra, which is perfectly in line with the expectation of “Technology neutrality”, at this point shared with many other parties. In this regard it was highlighted the great contribution that the modern Euro 6 vehicle can still offer to reduce emissions, while the the CO2 emission neutrality can be achieved with alternative fuels, without destroying the complete value chain of a combustion engine and the relevant enormous know-how available in the region and in Italy. Special focus was given to the H2 combustion, able to guarantee the zero CO2 emission similar to a BEV solution.
