Chi siamo

𝗘𝗦𝘁𝗮̀ 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗯 Today marks the conclusion of the Green Innovation Lab for @Università di Scienze Gastronomiche conducted by Està in collaboration with Dr. Elena Corcione, whom we thank for her valuable work. It enabled students to devise and design innovative urban food policy systems with high environmental and, indirectly, social impact. Together with lecturers Andrea Calori PhD, Bianca Minotti, Francesca La Rocca, crucial issues for understanding and innovating urban food policies from an environmental perspective were explored by exploring the dynamics of production, distribution and consumption in urban contexts. Field visits and expert testimony, combined with lectures framing the general issues, enabled students to understand the key players, participatory processes, and governance and decision-making systems that govern urban food policies, including the interaction and role of public and private stakeholders, experimenting with strategies to implement green innovation projects. In this regard, we thank Laura Ribotta - Città di Torino, Matteo Baldo - Orti Generali and Paolo Hutter - Eco dalle Città.
