❓ #DoYouKnow that Fondazione Bruno Kessler - FBK is part of #CLEANERProject? 🎯 Led by SINTEF, #CLEANER has the overarching objective is to develop and demonstrate for more than 5000 hours a >100 kW #PEM fuel cell system operating on #industrial quality #hydrogen. 🏭 ⚡This will contribute to the required #decarbonization of the #power generation and #heating sectors by using highly efficient #technology to produce clean #energy with zero #emission. 🤝 In this context, FBK-SE | The Centre for Sustainable Energy | Bruno Kessler Foundation and #DICenter of Fondazione Bruno Kessler - FBK will be leading the activities related to Work Package 5. Our General Assembly concluded today with an interesting visit to the headquarters of one of #FLEXIndustriesEU's replicators, Sonatrach. This refinery, located both in Italy and Algeria, was the organiser of the 3-day event in Siracusa, Italy. The event today has been welcomed by the President of #GSE, Paolo Arrigoni. The strategy has been presented by Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica, introduced by the Minister Gilberto Pichetto Fratin and detailed by Director Federico Boschi This is an important milestone 🎯 for Italy to build up the hydrogen sector ❗ A roundtable with Alberto Dossi #H2IT, Piero Ercoli #SNAM, Aurelio Regina #CONFINDUSTRIA and Massimo Ricci #ARERA, The plan is concrete, giving a strong direction to identify the Demand of Hydrogen, to create a Sustainable Offer (#competitivecosts, #renewablehydrogen and #lowcarbonhydrogen, #energysecurity, #decarbonisationtargets), to plan for enabling infrastructures (#hydrogenbackbone, #ports), to define key strategic support actions, to identify the resources 💶 to implement and run the overall strategy.
