Padova I nuova questura - notizie ott.24 E stato presentato il 27 settembre il gruppo di progettisti che si sono aggiudicati la progettazione della Nuova Questura di Padova che sorgerà in Via Anelli nell’area dell’ex Complesso Serenissima oggi completamente bonificata e liberata dai vecchi edifici. Il team è composto da F&M Ingegneria Spa di Mirano (Venezia), capogruppo che si occuperà di coordinamento generale, strutture, impianti, sicurezza, geologia e prevenzione incendi, assieme a Lvl Architettura Srl di Padova che si occuperà degli aspetti architettonici, Proap del famoso architetto paesaggista Joao Nunes, Semper Srl di Padova di Cinzia Rampazzo, Tca Denise Borsoi di Venezia e l'architetto Anna Maria Portoghese di Milano. A partire dal 1 novembre il team avrà 180 giorni per redigere il Progetto di Fattibilità Tecnico-Economica delle opere pubbliche, successivamente inviato al ministero a Roma, poi l'approvazione in consiglio comunale a Padova. da qui altri 180 gg per l'esecuzione del progetto esecutivo. tutto il progetto sarà completo entro il 2030 ed avrà un costo complessivo di 62 milioni circa.
