On Sunday evening, we held our Aftershow, the #MadeInItaly event in conjunction with #SIAL Paris. The networking evening, hosted at the Italian Cultural Institute, welcomed industry professionals and buyers, who were delighted by Italy’s finest food and wine offerings. The event was enriched by three culinary performances featuring two-Michelin-starred chef Gennaro Esposito, chef Massimo Tringali, an Italian star in Paris and head chef at the Armani Café, and Davide Civitiello, the ambassador of Neapolitan pizza worldwide. A special thanks to our 100% Italian partners who contributed to making this wonderful evening possible: Granterre, Mulino Caputo, Latteria Sorrentina, Ciao Pomodoro, Acetaia Bellei, Frantoi Cutrera, Akrille, Geofoods, and Galvanina.
