System Logistics Asia, a member of the Krones Group, is proud to announce the successful completion and final acceptance of a state-of-the-art automated warehouse solution for Renata Limited 's Kashor site! 📌 A Partnership for Efficiency: This advanced warehouse solution project at the Kashor site exemplifies a successful collaboration between System Logistics Asia, Industrial EquipSol Ltd.(IESL) (a Singapore-Bangladesh joint venture), and Renata Pharmaceutical Company in Bangladesh. Renata Pharmaceutical Company is a leading provider of a comprehensive range of healthcare products for both human and animal use. 📌 Enhanced Efficiency at Renata PLC's Kashor Site: The new automated warehouse at Renata PLC's Kashor site leverages a tailor-made Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) to significantly enhance operational efficiency. This single-story warehouse, constructed using clad-rack technology, is divided into two dedicated rooms. The comprehensive installation was executed by the highly skilled technical team of Industrial EquipSol Ltd. (IESL), the designated local agent of System Logistics Asia for the Bangladesh region. 📌 Optimizing Throughput and Storage Capacity: Eight high-speed, double-depth stacker cranes with a capacity of 21,722 pallet positions ensure efficient product movement. The system is strategically divided into two zones: **Finished Goods Zone: Managed by four stacker cranes, this zone boasts an impressive throughput of 83 pallets per hour inbound (IN) and 82 pallets per hour outbound (OUT), catering to the demands of finished product storage and retrieval. **Raw Material Zone: Another set of four stacker cranes manage raw materials within the warehouse.
