With this service, spare parts ordered by 7:00 p.m. are stocked and delivered directly to the field service engineer's van by 7:00 a.m. the following morning, ensuring delivery within 12 hours. MEET LINDBERGH 🤝 I began my journey with Lindbergh in February 2018, drawn by the company’s aspiration to be unique in its sector and its constant drive for improvement. Over the years, I have had the privilege of witnessing remarkable growth firsthand: I started at the Opera warehouse, which was 500 square meters at the time, and today, thanks to the dedication of the entire team, we operate from a 10,000-square-meter hub in Siziano. Now, as the manager of the Siziano Hub, I lead a close-knit team focused on optimizing logistics processes and improving our clients’ productivity. We manage the overnight delivery of spare parts directly to field service engineers’ vehicles, enabling them to save time and focus on higher-value activities. Additionally, our warehouse serves as a benchmark for spare parts management: we track incoming and outgoing flows, handle re-packaging, prioritize deliveries, and manage urgent requests, always aiming to provide impeccable service. What truly makes the Siziano Hub special, however, isn’t just the numbers or processes—it’s the people. I’ve found a unique work environment here, where colleagues also become friends outside of work. The camaraderie and harmony I’ve experienced are unmatched, and they truly make a difference.
