Molteni&C featured in Waldorf Astoria Residences, NYC   We are pleased to announce a very special partnership with our Contract Division that has brought Molteni&C kitchens, bathroom vanities, and millwork to the expertly designed Waldorf Astoria New York Residences.   This prestigious project brings together the renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot and developer Dajia Insurance Group and extends the Waldorf Astoria’s outstanding reputation to 50,000 square feet of fully serviced private residences situated above the hotel.   Molteni&C kitchens featured throughout the residences have been custom designed by Jean-Louis Deniot featuring wood and lacquer cabinetry. Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills We are pleased to announce that Molteni&C Contract Division, in collaboration with Thomas Juul-Hansen, has produced custom solutions for Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, a project developed by Nahla Capital.    Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills is located in one of Los Angeles’ most iconic neighborhoods and is the first standalone branded residential project by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in the world. Situated on Santa Monica Boulevard, just a short walk from the Golden Triangle, this 4-story development features 17 ultra-luxury residences by internationally renowned designer Thomas Juul-Hansen.   Nahla Capital's visionary development is complemented by Molteni&C’s contributions, which include stained walnut boiserie panels for the foyers, kitchens, and bespoke fixtures for the bathrooms, powder room, and laundry room of select residences. Designed as a communal space, the rooftop kitchen and rooftop bar, crafted in white oak and antique brass, are also elements provided by Molteni&C.   Nahla Capital #RosewoodResidences #RosewoodResidencesBeverlyHills #NahlaCapital
