Palazzo Molteni, a private design experience A historic, 19th century residence in the heart of Milan is now home to the most exclusive Molteni&C experience yet. Offering a guided journey through seven floors of immersive spaces curated by Vincent Van Duysen, the space captures the essence of our culture of quality living and iconic collaborations with globally renowned designers. The interior architecture recreates a contemporary home universe inside the historic residence, seeing it as a journey packed with surprises: a fluid space, designed to be easily reorganized and rearranged. Aiming to preserve the intimate, subtly introverted character so typical of buildings in Milan, Van Duysen imagined this journey winding up through the building's seven floors and over more than 3,000 square meters of surface area. Molteni Museum presents Museum 2D In a unique retrospective curated by Ron Gilad, Molteni Museum turns the focus to the designers working in two dimensions to create advertising campaigns for the iconic designs of Molteni&C, UniFor, Dada, and Citterio throughout the decades. From exhibits of graphic designs and slogans by by Young & Rubicam, FCA/SabbatiniBaldoniPanzeri, and Annamaria Testa to photography by Gabriele Basilico, Mario Carrieri, Luigi Ghirri, Studio Azzurro –Armando Bertacchi, Leo Torri, and Miro Zagnoli in addition to a special screening of House of Molteni, a web series selected by the ADI Design Index in 2018, and other video productions, the Museum 2D celebrates the many artistic collaborations that have helped bring Molteni Group’s design culture to a global audience. Pantalica Outdoor Collection by Elisa Ossino The newest addition to the Outdoor Collection, Pantalica by Milan-based designer Elisa Ossino brings us outside into a world where echoes from ancient Mediterranean cultures resonate in the gentle daylight and whisper into the night. Inspired by her Sicilian roots, Ossino named her collection for outdoors after the Pantalica UNESCO World Heritage Site in southeastern Sicily. Sculptural and circular in essence, the Pantalica Collection features a daybed, coffee table, stools, and rug crafted from weather-proof polypropylene rattan, chosen for its ability to be reintroduced into the production cycle at the end of the products’ lifecycle. Molteni&C Headquarters Showcases ELEMENTAL Exhibition On view until September 2025, the Molteni&C Pavillion at our headquarters in Giussano is hosting “ELEMENTAL”, an exhibition of artworks by renowned contemporary artists and designers Akiko Hirai, Eleanor Herbosch, and Tom Palmer in partnership with Tuscany’s KALPA Gallery. Curated to dialog with the modernist-inspired Pavillion designed by Vincent Van Duysen, the ELEMENTAL artworks delve deeply into the intrinsic qualities of mineral and earth. The exhibition presents an elegant visual journey where the languages of art and craft suffuse the spirit of design and architecture so deeply embedded in the Pavillion, a reception space that perfectly embodies the Molteni&C culture of quality living.
