🌏 We started our 2025 with a series of important scientific activities and valuable opportunities to connect with some of the brightest minds in the world of healthcare innovation 🤝 💎 Massimiliano Oliveri, our founder and CSO, participated in the 20th edition of the “Neuropsychology Days of Developmental Age” (Giornate di Neuropsicologia dell’Età Evolutiva), organized by Istituto ReTe. His speech, entitled “Towards a digitalization for the evaluation and treatment of spatial abilities: applicability and intervention strategies”, focused on the developments of neurocognitive diagnosis and rehabilitation in developmental age. 🇪🇺 Then, MindLenses Professional was presented at the “43rd European Workshop on Cognitive Neuropsychology”, one of the main events on the topics of #neuropsychology and clinical #neuroscience 🧠 On this occasion, Laura Danesin presented the preliminary analysis of one of the active #clinicaltrials of #MindLenses Professional, carried out with our research partner IRCCS Ospedale San Camillo. 🔎 The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of #rehabilitation with serious games ♣️ plus prismatic adaptation 👓 (the therapy with MindLenses Professional) in cases of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and dementia. 💡 Spoiler: the results are very promising 🎯 You can read the abstract at the following link: https://lnkd.in/e2S2fEcZ #DTx #DigitalTherapeutics

🤝 We’re thrilled to share that our engagement with the academic community in the UK led to the opening of a unique opportunity: a #PhD project at The University of Sheffield 🎓 🧠 #MindLensesProfessional is already helping many professionals to deliver the best #cognitiverehabilitation treatment to their patients, but our work is not finished yet. Our goal is to enhance #recovery and reduce long-term care needs by finding a way to make effective home-based therapies possibile. 👉 This is a fully funded PhD position under the supervision of Mahnaz Arvaneh. These past two days, we gathered in our native Palermo (Sicily 🐆 🌴) for a deep focus on our product and values, and for some quality pre-Christmas team time! Our founder and CSO, neurologist Massimiliano Oliveri, gave a lecture (because yes: we too must keep on learning! 🧑🎓 ) on the theoretical framework of a network-based approach to #brainrehab - reminding us of the most recent #clinical applications to both focal and acquired lesions, in neurodegeneration as well as in developmental brain disorders.
