Da più di 25 anni, realizziamo guarnizioni tecniche in gomma a disegno per più settori: automotive, medicale, aerospace, idrogeno, calore ed estetica. Progettiamo e produciamo membrane, soffietti, cornici passacavi e bicompomenti, O-Ring e altri articoli a richiesta specifica dei nostri clienti. Le materie prime da noi utilizzate sono scelte a seconda delle esigenze del cliente, dei capitolati e confermate da analisi specifiche. Principali materie prime della gomma da noi utilizzate sono: ACM (Acrylic Rubber), AEM (Ethylen Acrylic Rubber), CR (Chloroprene Rubber), EPDM (Ethylene-Propilene Diene Monomer), FPM/FKM (Fluorelastometer Rubber), FMQ/FVMQ (Fluorsilicone Rubber), HNBR (Hydrogenated Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber), NBR (Acrylonitrile-ButadieneRubber), NR (Natural Rubber), SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber) VMQ (Silicone Rubber). Tutto il lavoro da noi svolto è garantito dai seguenti certificati: ISO 9001:2015 riconosce il costante miglioramento dell’azienda. 📰Case History time. . . Project development information received: mathematics of the assembly and the component to be assembled on the article. Customer requirement: two bellows (inner and outer part), resistant and sealed material for the requirements of the article to be assembled on the automotive component. The study of the article took more than 2 years, due to the continuous review, improvements and movements that the bellows had to undergo. And the result?
