Lo scorso sabato, presso il nostro auditorium, si è svolto l'ultimo incontro degli Itinerari Lab di Organica. Susanna Biancifiori, sociologa e teen coach, ha tenuto un bellissimo #workshop di orientamento vocazionale. Un’esperienza intensa e trasformativa, che ci ha invitato a fermarci e riflettere su domande fondamentali come: chi sono davvero? Dove sto andando? Cosa sono chiamato a fare nella vita? In un mondo che corre veloce, ci siamo concessi il tempo di esplorare ciò che conta davvero. Grazie all’approccio di Susanna, abbiamo indagato le nostre intelligenze – non solo logiche, ma anche emotive, creative e relazionali – e i sistemi simbolici che ci guidano, scoprendo strumenti preziosi per comprendere meglio noi stessi. Non si tratta solo di ciò che sappiamo fare, ma di ciò che ci fa sentire vivi. Trovare questa armonia è il segreto della felicità vocazionale: essere pienamente in sintonia con ciò che siamo e con il nostro “perché”. Grazie a tutti i partecipanti che, in questi mesi, hanno preso parte a questi preziosi eventi. E' stato un viaggio unico e preziosissimo. Sabato 30 novembre, presso il nostro auditorium si è svolto il quarto incontro degli Itinerari Lab di Organica Con PAOLA FREZZINI abbiamo fatto un viaggio tra i principi degli #InnerDevelopmentGoals (#IDGs), esplorando come lo sviluppo personale possa creare cambiamenti per un futuro sostenibile e come ci si può rendere #sostenibili nella complessità. Ispirandoci al #WoodWideWeb, abbiamo scoperto come il mondo naturale possa insegnarci nuovi modelli di collaborazione: attraverso una #rete sotterranea fatta dalle radici e dai funghi micorrizici, gli alberi condividono risorse, sostengono i membri più deboli e rispondono alle minacce in modo collettivo.
