Techbau S.p.A. has successfully completed the sale of a portfolio of four logistics properties, totaling 315,000 sqm, located in Alessandria, Osio Sotto (BG), Nogarole Rocca (VR), and Castelguglielmo (RO). The transaction was acquired by an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, with Dils acting as the advisor. The properties, developed to the highest technical and sustainability standards, aim to achieve LEED Platinum and LEED Gold certifications. Despite being recently completed, the Alessandria property has already been fully leased, while the others are almost fully available for lease. Con ben 22.000 piante autoctone, questo progetto rappresenta il più grande intervento di verde verticale realizzato finora in Europa. Il giardino contribuisce a ridurre l’inquinamento atmosferico, assorbendo CO2 e migliorando la qualità dell'aria. Le piante fungono anche da isolanti termici e acustici, creando un ambiente più confortevole e riducendo il fabbisogno energetico. Covering a total surface area of over 3,500 m², these green walls reach up to 27 meters in height. Featuring 22,000 native plants, this project stands as the largest vertical greenery initiative ever undertaken in Europe. The garden contributes to reducing air pollution by absorbing CO2 and improving air quality. The plants also act as thermal and acoustic insulators, creating a more comfortable environment and reducing energy consumption.
