Discover the journey that shapes our "Back to Your Future" project! 🛣️ This initiative is all about empowering young adults through three key phases: 1️⃣ Preparation, held in Milan in July, brought #TESYAGroup partners together to co-create a tailored training model to meet the specific needs of each country involved. 2️⃣ Training in October in Ljubljana finalised the operational plans in order to equip our volunteers with the skills to mentor young adults in their growth. 3️⃣ Active Volunteering, where our mentors will guide the youth through life skills workshops, reigniting their motivation. Participants will also visit TESYA sites and take part in a hackathon, collaborating on innovative ideas. We are excited to see this programme unfold and ready to support the next generation!
