A new consultation has been released last Thursday, 21st November, which looks at the new Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF), amendments to the existing CRS regulations and administration amendments to these, as well as FATCA. The Government of Jersey has issued its Consultation on amendments to the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and a proposed administration procedure. Please can all Jersey TCBs respond directly with their feedback, as detailed in the consultation paper or through their JATCo elected committee member, which will then be incorporated into the JATCo response.
