October 31st - We wish all our partners and employees a spooktacular Halloween!!! Or in Michael Jackson's words: "It's close to midnight And something evil's lurking in the dark Under the moonlight You see a sight that almost stops your heart You try to scream But terror takes the sound before you make it You start to freeze As horror looks you right between the eyes You're paralyzed..." Our colleagues started in last night with the Halloween-edition of our monthly afterwork get-together.

The medical advances in the fight against cancer are astonishing. This makes early detection all the more important. As part of our Group-wide Fit 360 programme, BOS Tychy (Poland) supports cancer screenings for our employees.

The BOS Group is on the way to give itself a new strategy. Last month the board communicated the revised company values, the mission-statement and the positioning to our colleagues in the international headquarters in Ostfildern. Our purpose was derived from solution-orientation and condensed in the new mission-claim:   WE ARE THE SOLUTION   For a dynamic communication around the globe, BOS decided to remain in the automotive area and visualized our future culture and purpose with pictures from GP-racing. With these first communication steps our journey with a new strategy has only just begun.

Einführungstage @ BOS GmbH & Co. KG   Diese Woche hatten wir einen großartigen Start in unsere Einführungstage bei BOS! Das Event war angereichert mit spannenden Präsentationen und Einblicken in das Unternehmen.   Wir hatten die Ehre, zwei Mitarbeitende von Atera bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Präsentation unserer Kollegin, in der sie zum ersten Mal das Thema BPMS vorstellte und die Wichtigkeit von Prozessen bei BOS den neuen Mitarbeitenden näherbrachte.   Zusätzlich nahm sich Andreas Huck, ein Mitglied unserer Geschäftsführung, am ersten Tag die Zeit, seinen Bereich persönlich vorzustellen. Es war inspirierend zu sehen, wie sich die Führungsebene aktiv einbringt und unsere neuen Mitarbeitenden willkommen heißt.   Wir freuen uns auf das, was vor uns liegt und diese Woche hat einmal mehr gezeigt, dass wir ein starkes und unterstützendes Umfeld für alle unsere Mitarbeitenden schaffen!   #WelcomeToBOS #Neuanfang #Teamwork
