👩💻 How are women in law using AI? We’ve collaborated with She Breaks the Law and Next 100 Years: Women In Law to publish the findings of a first-of-its-kind industry survey exploring how women in #law perceive, and are currently experiencing, the impacts of #AI. With 77% of respondents saying that AI is having an ‘extremely significant’ impact on the profession, but only 31% of respondents feeling only ‘somewhat informed’, we’ve also provided suggestions for women working in law and recommendations for organisations to close the #gender gap. 💬 Shilpa Bhandarkar, commented: “The findings from the survey underline the genuine risk that AI could further deepen the gender divide. However, each of us has the ability to influence the outcome: whether by actively using technology to expose and challenge ingrained biases, giving our teams the time and space to experiment and learn, or by choosing vendors who share our values.
