Today we look back at a use case featuring Pix4D’s Tom Cerchiara, PLS, who used PIX4Dmatic and PIX4Dsurvey to survey an old manufacturing plant in Hudson Valley, New York 🏭 🗽 PIX4Dmatic was used to generate a dense point cloud. This was imported into PIX4Dsurvey to extract ground points and create a detailed TIN for CAD—leveraging the Smart Grid for a more streamlined surface.
