Honoring the Life and Legacy of Mark Kadillak It is with deep sadness that we share the sudden passing of our dear colleague and friend, Mark Kadillak, who passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 10th. Mark was a beloved member of our team, respected by all for his dedication, kindness, and unwavering support of those around him. He touched the lives of many during his 10 years with us at RGF Executive Search (formerly CDS), both professionally and personally, and his absence will be deeply felt. Mark is survived by his loving wife and three children. His family has expressed their wish to welcome as many of Mark’s friends, colleagues, and acquaintances as possible to his memorial service, to celebrate his life and honor his memory together. Congratulations to the team of Benjamin Cordier and Keir Thomas for placing 1st out of 782 registered teams at the 15th annual Tokyo Yamathon! Crossing the finish line at an impressive 4 hours and 13 minutes, Ben and Keir navigated their way along the 30 stations of Tokyo’s JR Yamanote line to finish ahead of the pack. お疲れ様でした！ Since its inception, the Tokyo Yamathon has raised an impressive 55,000,000 yen, supporting both domestic and international causes. This year, all proceeds will be donated to three outstanding organizations: Waffle, Tochigi Conservation Corps, and the Japan Children's Hospice Association. #yamathon2024 #rgfes #unleashpotential
In 2013 my #沼工 kohai Joe Pournovin invited me to Yoyogi Park to take part in the #Yamathon, a charity fundraising run/walk around the Yamanote line visiting each station on the way. I walked it in a pair of jeans in the rain, and it took all day. In the sunshine on Saturday and on my 10th attempt, my team Run Great & Fast (RGF) finished first at the biggest #Yamathon held so far. Well done to Joe and all the volunteers who give up so much of their free time and energy each year to make this such a successful fundraiser, it’s awesome to see the growth of the #Yamathon and in turn the contribution to society. Thanks to Keir Thomas for being a very solid running partner this year and to all the various teams I’ve ran/walked with over the years. To top it off, only a fellow lad from the North would have had N-Trance "Set You Free" blasting out at a finish line in Japan 😊 Nice one Joe. #yamathon #rgf
