In recent decades, as city centers have been regenerated, and turned into open, well-lit spaces, as well as featuring more glass facades, installation of HVAC equipment was being impeded for various reasons, including the introduction of regulations to protect building facades. To solve this issue, Hitachi engineers in Spain and Japan designed an "outdoor" unit that can be installed indoors thanks to a scroll compressor that could be mounted horizontally. The latest version of this product, known as the Centrifugal VFR system is currently installed at more than 20,000 companies in Europe. A little reminder can go a long way! How often do your customers request an AC checkup? Ideally, they should schedule at least one every year. If your customer has a tendency to leave it longer, it might be a good idea to explain what it is they stand to gain. Simply send them this list!
