Hotel centralissimo anche troppo per via dei locali notturni che suonano fino a tardi e delle serrande dei negozi che chiudono tardi ed aprono presto. I vetri delle finestre non isolano affatto e quindi se la notte volete dormire questo hotel e questa zona non fa per voi. La struttura tuttavia è pulita, le stanze un po' da rifare ma vale il costo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La vera pecca della struttura è la prima colazione... assolutamente inadeguata. Peccato. In sette giorni, pur avendo richiesto, non sono mai riuscito ad avere né spremuta di arancia né espresso. Ogni giorno le stesse cose fino alla nausea. Si può migliorare facilmente.

Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all.
The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great.
2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges.
Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience.
Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days.
Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern.

A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.
FFreedom53844395465Ich durfte insgesamt10 Tage im Mila Hotel verbringen, und meine Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen. Das Personal zeigte nicht nur eine hohe Professionalität, sondern war auch außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr hilfreich bei allen Anliegen. Mein Zimmer fühlte sich wie ein echtes Zuhause fernab von Zuhause an. Die geschmackvolle und komfortable Einrichtung, die makellose Sauberkeit und die modernen Annehmlichkeiten schufen eine Atmosphäre des Wohlfühlens und Komforts. Der atemberaubende Ausblick aus meinem Fenster über die Dächer von Kathmandu zum Monkey Tempel trug dazu bei, dass mein Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher wurde. Die 4-Sterne-Kategorisierung des Hotels entspricht hohem europäischen Standard, und die Ausstattung mit Minibar, Safe, schnellem und funktionierendem WLAN sowie kostenlosem Wasser unterstreicht dies. Sehr sauberes Bad mit heißer Dusche, ausreichend Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Seife und Duschgel. Sehr gründliche Zimmerreingung bei der auch die aufgebrauchten Badartikel wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Mein Koffer wurde während meiner Touren in Nepal kostenlos und sicher aufbewahrt. Das kulinarische Angebot im hoteleigenen Restaurant verdient besondere Anerkennung. Die Vielfalt und Qualität der Gerichte waren ausgezeichnet. Der Hygienestandard im Hotel, insbesondere beim Essen, ist sehr hoch, und man kann bedenkenlos und unbesorgt speisen. Jeden Tag habe ich mein Frühstück im Restaurant eingenommen und mein Abendessen mit einem unvergesslichen Ausblick auf Kathmandu von der Dachterrasse genossen. Selbst wenn kein Personal auf der Dachterrasse präsent war, konnte man von dort problemlos telefonisch bestellen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption, Bar und Restaurant für den perfekten und herzlichen Service und die unterhaltsamen und hilfreichen Gespräche. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Hotel sehr ruhig, da es sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Seitenstraße befindet. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Durbar Square (10 Min.), Swayambhu Stupa/Monkey Temple (30 Min.) und Thamel (5 Min.) waren gut zu Fuß vom Hotel erreichbar. Wenn ein Taxi benötigt wurde, organisierte das Hotel dies sehr kostengünstig über Uber, womit das lästige feilschen mit den Taxifahrern entfiel. Ich werde zweifellos wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Kathmandu bin.
ゲゲストMe with my friends reached hotel after bike ride on 20/05/24 at 3.00 AM. We are six person and book room as we are tired so much. The on time manager told us that the room will available in very short interval as the rooms are occupied by traveller they will check out soon. We are so tired and we waited till 4 AM but they just told us that room will available soon. My friends are not happy but I convinced that we have no other option so I book 2 room and paid advance of 2 rooms. After 4.30 AM we get 1 room so my friends go that room. The bathroom is unhygienic not cleaned the room is not cleaned and having bad smell. 4 of my friends sleep there. I waited till 6.00 AM but second room is not available we awake full night I told that situation but staff not listening to us and told me ”on behalf of mercy I give you room” at that point I am blanked and not live in the hotel but I already paid advance of 2 rooms. The I book one room online and go to reception for give me back that adavance. He refused to me and misbehaving me. In morning this is the situation of hotel that no good behaviour with customer. I am very frustrating and whatever he want give money and go to another hotel which I booked online. Please if any one reading this review don't go to book room.
