Ddnh2014We used this Retreat in Noosaville for a reunion. It was our 45th Year Reunion for a Pennworld Overland bus trip (Kathmandu to London in 1979) . What a great place ...Superb Rooms and Amenities and the couple running the place went above and beyond with all that we required . The grounds are exceptionally well maintained and super clean. Pride was on display at all times. A credit to you both. Easy walk into Noosaville itself with a couple of grocery stores nearby and many eating establishments a short walk away. Very Central to all that is on offer in Noosaville. This was the best place we have ever used for our Reunions (This was The 4th One) and if anybody is looking for a place for a get togther for Family / Reunion ect. this is the place !
ゲゲストHad a nice stay at flashpackers. Staff was amazingly friendly. Easy to go into town by bus.
Nice that they have a free shuttle schedule and also pick you up from the greyhound station.
Nice clean spacious and comfortable room on ground floor. The courtyard was the perfect place to relax in the afternoon. Easy walk into Hastings street and restaurants. There is a little traffic noise, but nothing unbearable even when sitting outside. Overall a very pleasant stay.
I stayed in a one bedroom unit, overall I was very happy. The staff were lovely and friendly which is super important to me. The kitchen facilities inside the unit were great, it had everything I needed. The bathroom was clean and the entire place was modern and comfy. I did find the floors needed to be mopped and under the bed had left over items from previous guests, but other than that, it was great. I would stay here again. I found the location great to all that I needed and not far from the beach. It would be a car ride, not walking distance to things. There is a fish and chip shop out the front and a servo next door that had grocery items if you run out of something. I found the park quiet which is so peaceful. Pets are allowed, which is great, but then you have the inconsiderate guests who let their yappy dogs bark for hours. This happened on two occasions and was frustrating, but that is the guests fault, not the park.
JJuba715Good value for money hotel, Very clean, lovely staff. 10% off meals &free drink vouchers for adjoining hotel. Great meal. Room Large, bed Comfy, balcony, Quiet, with Woolworths shopping center next door. Loads of parking. Easy walking to main street, eateries etc. Only downside was nowhere to put your toiletries in bathroom, no shelves or vanity. But never the less would stay again and we fully recommend this hotel
The staff at Piccolinis restaurant were amazing My husband got lost and all the staff helped in the search . In spite of the fact that the phone number on the sheet in the hotel envelope was wrong and the fact that it said room service was available when we rang the restaurant they said they couldn’t do room service as the credit machine did not work up there They agreed when we said we would pay cash and sent up the most wonderful breakfast. When we left they helped us with our bags and got breakfast ready for us . They were wonderful . The hotel was a different matter . We had left a message saying if they only had stairs please could we have a downstairs room We are in our mid eighties . No reply so I stupidly thought all was OK . When we got there we were confronted with steep wet steps up to the room No reception A young girl took pity on us and got the cases up the stairs . The room itself was poky One chair squashed next to the bed . Bed kept rolling away if you got near it No upstairs bar the impression given by their advertising is totally false. Balcony looks onto next door very close.
