After USAID Power Africa facilitated a workshop on disaster response, crisis management, and business continuity last week in Nairobi, #TeamKETRACO spent a productive week in Naivasha developing a business continuity strategy. The strategy reflects a business-wide implementation plan to ensure the continuation of critical business functions should a disruptive event occur. It will help eliminate the confusion common to every disaster or crisis, providing a clear blueprint for what everyone should do.
