Elizabeth Kalunda M. , Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor of Finance and Operations at United States International University-Africa (USIU-Africa) and National Vice Chair of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) ICPAK ,as our guest speaker at the recent PAT graduation ceremony. Elizabeth Kalunda M., Acting DVC at USIU-Africa and National Vice Chair of ICPAK, as the Guest of Honour giving a very transformative speech. Thirty graduates from the Practical Accountancy Training (PAT) program were officially launched into the professional world, equipped with unparalleled skills and invaluable experiences. With over 95% of the graduates absorbed into Ronalds Africa, the program's success speaks volumes about its design and our unwavering commitment to nurturing exceptional talent for the accountancy and business world. A Glimpse into PAT The Practical Accountancy Training is a 3-4 month intensive program that bridges the gap between theory and practice. Participants dive deep into Practical exposure to financial reporting and audit processes, Advanced tax and business advisory skills etc. The objective? To mold job-ready professionals with the expertise to navigate real-world challenges while embodying the core values of integrity, excellence, and innovation—ideals that Ronalds Africa holds dear.
