  • Yesterday, Khmer Organic Cooperative proudly joined Heng Channy Angkor Meas to celebrate the Water Festival at Kravanh Cafe, honoring the Cambodian tradition of Ambok flat rice. Ambok is traditionally enjoyed during this time in Cambodia to mark the end of the harvest season, symbolizing gratitude for the year's bounty and blessings. We were delighted to come together to promote our cultural heritage, highlight our shared values, and enjoy delicious Ambok paired with fresh seasonal fruits. This year, we are thrilled to offer a special introduction to Angkor Meas Ambok at Khmer Organic Shop. For a limited time, when you purchase one flavored variety, you’ll receive one natural flavor as a gift. Let’s continue to celebrate Khmer heritage while supporting local farmers and sustainable practices!
