Lights, camera, action! 🎬 Last week, we had the privilege of being part of KIMEP University’s new image campaign video. Unicase’s Senior Lawyer, Zhanibek Dairov, a proud KIMEP Law School alumnus (Class of 2016), stepped into the spotlight to represent his alma mater with pride. Our marketing team didn’t just watch from the sidelines, we joined the action, shooting behind-the-scenes moments of this inspiring project. From perfecting the shots to coordinating the details, it was an incredible experience to witness the making of this campaign firsthand. Artem Timoshenko, Unicase Managing Partner, recently completed the AIFC Court and IAC Advocacy Skills Training Course, held in cooperation with Clyde & Co. The programme consisted of five online training sessions during September and October, and one in-person mock trials day at the AIFC Court and International Arbitration Centre & IAC premises in Astana. This training focused on advancing critical #advocacy skills essential for effective legal representation. The programme covered #legal cultures in #court and #arbitration proceedings, #codes of #conduct, #AIFC Court regulations and specifics of oral submissions and cross examination. We highly appreciate this experience and look forward to more learning opportunities with the AIFC Court and IAC.
