Women in Tech Kazakhstan recently hosted a Management 3.0 training, and it was an invaluable experience for all participants! We’re grateful to Ivo Haase for deep and practical approach to Agile Leadership. Management 3.0 is more than just a theory or another framework; it’s a mindset focused on improving systems, not people. This approach to Agile Leadership helps us understand how small, concrete actions can enhance team collaboration—whether it’s handling a Tuesday afternoon task or driving long-term cultural changes in the organization. 📈The training introduced us to a range of games and tools that empower each team member to realize their potential. We’re excited to incorporate these methods and reinforce the principles that are at the core of flexible and effective leadership.

Thank you and congratulations to United Nations ESCAP and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan for organizing a powerful Summit "AI for ALL: Building Generative Nations Together" in Astana. I had the honor of sharing my perspectives on Gender, Innovation, and AI alongside renowned experts. The plenary session, masterfully moderated by Andrew Beklemishev, Head of Public Council at the Ministry of Digital Development and VP at IDC, was particularly enlightening. H.E. Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana, Executive Secretary of UNESCAP, set the tone with her insightful welcome address, followed by Kanysh Tuleushin, First Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan. Engaging discussions with Steve Nouri (AI4Diversity), Nicolas Sadirac (01Edu), and other distinguished panelists highlighted the immense potential of AI in fostering inclusive digital transformation across Asia-Pacific economies. Key takeaways: 🔘 Urgent need to address AI talent shortages through innovative education models 🔘 Importance of ensuring gender equality and diversity in AI-enabled societies 🔘 Crucial role of collaboration between governments, NGOs, and the private sector I also delivered a keynote on Empowering Voices and Gender bias in AI. Thank you to all participants for the enriching exchanges. Looking forward to seeing these insights translated into action! Assem Bolatzhan WOMEN IN TECH ® Global Women in Tech®Kazakhstan
